The Mount Ida Area Chamber of Commerce Banquet is set for March 1 at the Lake Ouachita Baptist Church at 6 p.m. Richard Davies - Director of Parks and Tourism for the State of Arkansas is the guest speaker. There will be music, dinner and door prizes.

The Woman of the Year, Man of the Year, business of the Year and Non-Profit Organization of the year will be recognized. Tickets are $10.00 per person and can be purchased at the Chamber office on the Courthouse Square. Call 870-867-2723 if you will pay for your tickets at the door so the Chamber will know how much food to prepare.
