City Council buys Tidwell property for $170,000 September 12, 2007 - No reporter cited

GLENWOOD – The Glenwood City Council voted 4-0 last Tuesday night to buy property from the estate of Charles Tidwell that includes a large shop and storage buildings for a price of $170,000.

The land is adjacent to the city water plant and Mayor Ron Martin noted that this is a once in a lifetime offer.
