Obituaries

Eulas Witherspoon, 89, of Nashville, died April 7, 2008.

He was born Feb. 15, 1919.

He was a veteran of the U. S. Army.

He is survived by two daughters, Arlene McClendon of Glendale, Ariz. and Rosie Bailey, of Hope; seven sons, Eulas, Robert, David, Lloyd Ray and John
Witherspoon, all of Nashville, Melvin Witherspoon of Mineral Springs, and James Witherspoon of Hope; a sister, Judy Jones of Phoenix; 58 grandchildren; and 96 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Sat., April 12, at the New Testament House of Prayer, Hope.

Burial will be in Camp Springs Cemetery, Columbus, under the direction of Hicks Funeral Home, Hope.
