Harry L Hunn, 82, of Sun City West, Arizona, died Tuesday, April 1, 2008. He was born Nov. 4, 1925 in Olivet, Kan., the son of Herman and Mary Alpha Barrett Hunn,

He married Pauline (Polly) Kaufman in Lawrence, Kan., on August 29, 1948, where they resided until retiring to Arizona in 1987.

Harry accompanied Polly to her 60th class reunion of the Nashville High School class of 1946 in September, 2006.

He served in the US Marine Corps as a Staff Sargeant in WWII and Korea in the Pacific.

He is survived by his loving wife of nearly 60 years, Polly also of the home; two daughters and sons-in-law, Marcia and Ken Turner, and Monica and Wendell Stavig; a son, Monte Hunn and wife Fran; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sat., April 5, at Peace Lutheran Church, Peoria, Ariz.

Burial will be private with military honors.
