Lions rip Red Devils 60-28 in battle of unbeatensMOUNT IDA – Mountain Pine opened and closed with a bang Friday evening at Stidman Field in a battle of unbeatens, but in between it was all Mount Ida as the Lions scored at will and were virtually unstoppable in a 60-28 victory over the Red Devils.
The Lions amassed over 400 yards of offense with 341 yards from their rushing attack as nine different running backs toted the football behind an offensive line that completely dominated the line of scrimmage.
