Principals address school boardMOUNT IDA — The Mount Ida School Board heard an enrollment update for the 2007-2008 school year amid principal reports at their regular meeting Thursday evening, Sept. 13, and the board also bid farewell to 10-year board veteran and president, Brookie Mayberry, at her last meeting as a board member.
Board members learned that official enrollment for the current school year in the Mount Ida School District is 584 students, according to reports delivered by Superintendent Benny Weston and Elementary School Principal Brenda Boardman.
