MOUNT IDA – The Montgomery County Quorum Court passed a trio of ordinances involving funding at their regular meeting Monday evening, and Justices of the Peace also approved a resolution opposing a mandatory national animal identification system.

Also at Monday’s meeting, the quorum court heard presentations on the status of the sheriff’s office and the Montgomery County Health Center which will open within 120 days.
