Scrappers roll past Mena 15-1By Dewayne Holloway

The Nashville Scappers combined excellent hitting with a dominant pitching performance by Jade McElyea to earn a 15-1 victory over the Mena Bobcats Wednesday April 16.
McElyea earned the victory with a no-hitter giving the offensive the opportunity to focus on runs.
The Scrappers scored runs in all four of their turns at bat with the second inning being the most productive when they scored seven runs against Mena.
The Scrappers would go on to score seven more runs in the third and fourth innings to win the game in five innings by the ten run rule victory.
Michael Milum led the Scrappers with three hits, one of which was a triple and three RBI’s.
Luke Jamison had two hits and three RBI’s and Lane Chism had a double and a single for the victorious Scrappers.
