Obituaries

S. L. Tidwell, 80, died Sunday, April 20, 2008. He was born Aug. 15, 1927 in Rosston.

He is survived by four daughters, Mary Christopher, Sarah Erby, and Rosie Ballard, all of Nashville, and Lucille Snyder of Little Rock; two sons, Charles Tidwell of Bearden and Jehrom Erby of Nashville; three step-daughters, Sherry Erby, Bonnie Erby, and Minnie Grundy, all of Nashville; and a brother, O.C. Gulley of California.

Funeral services were held Sat., April 26, at Nashville Funeral Home.

Burial was in Sunset Gardens, under the direction of Nashville Funeral Home.
