TOLLETTE – Several law enforcement agencies executed a search warrant on a Tollette man Wednesday.

The Howard County Sheriff’s Department, Nashville Police Department, South Central Drug Task Force and the Arkansas State Police carried out the search warrant for the home of Steven Hendrix, 45.

Officers arrested Hendrix at his house on 308 Buckeye St. around 3 p.m. that day and found a small amount of marijuana and more than $1,000 in cash “that was not seized at this time,” according to Investigator Bryan McJunkins.

“Officer recently conducted narcotics investigations on Hendrix and at least one warrant for delivery of controlled substance (cocaine) was issued.

Other warrants are expected to be issued on Hendrix for the same or similar charges,” he ended.

Hendrix is currently in jail on a $50,000 bond.
