William J. “Dick” Hendry, 78, of Prescott, died Friday, April 11, 2008.

He was born March 7, 1930 in Fort Myers, Fla.

He was retired from both the U.S. Navy and the U.S. Air Force with over 20 years of service.

He is survived by a son, Dickie Hendry of Nashville; a daughter: Ginger Raber of Ft. Myers, Fla.; a brother: A. F. Hendry of Ft. Myers; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Military graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tues., April 15, in Bethel Cemetery, Prescott, with Chaplain Sean E. Randall officiating, under the direction of Brazzel/Cornish Funeral Home, Prescott.

The family will receive friends Monday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
